Sofia and Ann

Sofia Pernas was born in Morocco and moved to California when she was five. She grew up primarily on the coast of Orange County. Her breakthrough was in 2015 when she earned her graduation from University of California San Diego. After making small appearances on NCIS and Leverage Pernas got the part of Marisa Sierras on The Young and the Restless. The actress, who quit on the show in 2016 landed the role of Catalina as a regular in Jane the Virgin. The model, who is fluent in four languages, is currently on The Brave and The Green Ghost as Hannah Rivera. She also played in the Secret Society of Second Born Royals. She portrayed Lexi Vaziri on Blood & Treasure from 2019 to 2020. Us Weekly revealed in May of 2020 that Pernas has been seeing Justin Hartley, her The Young and the Restless co-star. The romance started after Chrishell Stause's split with the This Is Us actress split in November 2018. In May 2021, news came out that Pernas Hartley had just got married in secret.
