Ashley Madekwe and Ashley Leggat

Madekwe was born in South London, England into a family of mixed blood. Her father is Nigerian as well as Swiss as well as the mother of her is English. She was raised in the south of a London council estate and attended The Brit School at age 14. In London, she studied at The Royal Academy of Dramatic Art in which her acting diploma was earned. During her time at the academy, she appeared in a number of stage productions such as King Henry V playing Princess Katherine as well as Wuthering Heights portraying Catherine Earnshaw.
Madekwe started her career as an actress through the film Storm Damage. Since then, she has appeared in Teachers, Doctors Casualty and Drop Dead Gorgeous. Madekwe scored her first motion picture in the 2007 Woody Allen film Cassandra's Dream, opposite Colin Farrell and Ewan McGregor. The following year she was cast as Elisha (a BBC Three drama-pilot) in West 10 LDN. Additionally she appeared in Trexx as Ollie and in six episodes of Flipside. Madekwe played Bambi as Bambi in the ITV2 drama Secret Diary of a Call Girl. Madekwe starred in the 2008 comedy feature film How to Lose Friends & Alienate People. Her theatre credits are Little Sweet Thing by Roy Williams as well as Flight Path by David Watson.
Madekwe officially made her US debut on The Beautiful Life in 2009. The series aired only two episodes on The CW, and was eventually ended. Ashley Davenport appeared in ABC drama Revenge in February of 2011. The show premiered in May 2013 and it was revealed that Madekwe who had been a series regular in the past two seasons, was to leave the series following a guest appearance in the premiere episode of the season's new episode. From 2014-2016, Madekwe starred as Tituba on the show Salem. Her long-time friend, Iddo, married Madekwe in June 2012. Both have appeared in Secret Diary of a Call Girl. They have also appeared together in Salem.

Ashley Leggat grew up in Hamilton Ontario and was a part of a large family. Ashley Leggat joined Roy and Patty as well her older siblings, Brett, Todd and Bram and Rob. The brothers of Ashley were extremely athletic, and they played baseball as well as hockey in the winter and summer months. They grew up playing baseball and arenas. Ashley had never been able to actually walk. She was a dancer. At 2 and a 1/2, she joined Baby Ballet. Ashley was enthralled by dance immediately after that. Ashley competed in top-level divisions for jazz, tap ballet, hip hop, lyrical musical theatre, acrobatics as well as pointe until the time she completed from high school. The top soloist at important competitions like International Dance Challenge, Showstoppers, 56-7-8 Showtime, Flash Dance, Dance, Dance, Dance and many more were awarded to Ashley.
